Lead TN is a proud state partner of the Pipeline Fund — a national coalition working to build a reflective democracy.
We exist to identify, recruit, train, and support a new generation of leaders across Tennessee — leaders who are rooted in their communities and ready to fight for them - and win.
Mission
Our mission is to build a durable pipeline of progressive and values aligned candidates across Tennessee — from school boards to state legislature — and equip them with the tools to run, win, and govern.
